Renting a Meeting Space

Did you know that the Lethbridge Public Library offers room rentals? Room rentals are available for Profit and Not-For-Profit groups. Prices quoted below are for 3-hour blocks.

Theatre Gallery
Fixed seating 120 chairs. A mixture of chairs and tables can be provided – up to 8 tables. There is available counter space along the edge of the room for serving food and beverages.< br/>If the set up is non- fixed seating, the room can hold up to 180 people, as there is some seating area on ledges by the window.

Community Meeting Room
If set up boardroom style, it can accommodate 20 people with an oblong table arrangement. If just chairs are set up in this room – there is a capacity for 40 people. This includes room for a table up front for computer equipment.
